What value or principle matters most to you? Why?

We’ve always believed that forming a strategy is impossible until you’re clear on what your values and principles are. Without values and principles to guide you, making decisions can seem impossibly difficult. Given how important setting values and principles is to decision making we asked folks we admire to tell us about the values or principles that matter most to them.
Love Active compassion arises naturally out of unconditional Love. Sometimes it feels hard to tap to that frequency but when you catch your breath and focus on the present moment, you can see the good in people, and then expressive kindness spontaneously arises from your heart. Loyalty is the principle that matters most to me because that is key to a successful coaching/athlete relationship. It is common in my industry for people to jump around and believe the grass is greener on the other side. If an athlete is loyal and sticks it out with me, the connection deepens over time and I can bring out the best in them. Read more>>
