Hi Team, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
We wanted to create a one stop shop for our customers. A lot of general managers and business owners have apparel, signage and other promotional product purchasing added to their already very full plate of tasks. We make it easier for them by being able to come to one place to shop all of their products.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
We’re most excited about our back-end systems we’ve been building over the last couple of years. We’ve built a custom SalesForce system specific to our process flows. This has created a more efficient experience for our clients and keeps operations tight as we continue to grow our business and add locations. With the addition to our Charleston, SC location last year, we are setting our sites for Colorado and are building a newer and bigger San Diego HQ to offer more warehousing and online fulfillment to our clients.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Thankfully running a business in a vacation destination like San Diego, we’ve had the pleasure of working with multiple restaurants, bars and resorts. Some of our favorites are Crushed for brunch, Dirty Birds for wings, Sandbar for award winning tacos and Ambrogio 15 for wood-fired pizza and an extensive wine list. The list seriously goes on…
