We had the good fortune of connecting with Felicia Searcy and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Felicia, how do you think about risk?
Taking risks is such a key element in our careers and in life. We all get the nudge for something more expansive. It is life Force Energy inviting us to discover more of who we are created to be. But, the invitation for something bigger, bolder, more dynamic lies beyond our area of knowledge. The very nature of a dream implies risk. But it is not risk just for the sake of risk, it is realizing that there is not only a better result or experience on the other side of that risk. There is a more expansive you. That is the real reason for the risk, to discover and develop more of you amazingness. We are growing, evolving beings and as we answer the call for “what’s next” and are willing to step out and take the risk, you discover just how powerful, resourceful, amazing and connected to the Source of Life Itself.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am so grateful for the amazing work I get to do with the amazing people I get to do it with. I help people unlock and unleash their power through the Laws of the Universe to create a life they love realizing the this is their greatest contribution. I got to where I am today by paying attention to what other successful people have done and by following their instructions and examples. It has not been easy. There have been many days I just wanted to shut it all down. Those were the days that things just didn’t seem to be working or worth it. I have dealt with illness in my husband, other family members where I was the primary caregiver all while building my business. There were days when I wondered if I really had what it took to do it. But, the more I understood and understand that this dream truly is Life dreaming through me and I have everything required in me to achieve it and that this is what I am dedicating myself to helping others realize, I discovered ways to be present for my loved ones as I continued to build my business. The thing I bring as a result of those experiences is an unwavering belief in each person’s capacity to achieve their dream no matter what may be going on in their lives. I also bring a high degree of understanding of the Laws of the Universe. It is not just a concept for me. The Laws and the Power behind the Laws are both real and ever present. I help people understand them in a very real, tangible way where they really can see a difference in their lives as they deepen their relationship with this Eternal Life Force that created us all.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I am going to assume this is meant to be answered for SoCal. One of my favorite places to go is to Zuma Beach in Malibu. I would take them there as the sun was setting. We would grab a spot on the beach after picking something yummy up at Vintage Grocery on the PCH and just delight in the beauty of the ocean and the sun setting. During the day, we would check out the amazing hiking and mountain biking trails around the area. Two of my favorites are Cheseboro in Agoura Hills and Sycamore Point between Thousand Oaks and Malibu. We would pack up a good lunch and set out for the day to enjoy the beauty of the cliffs and the hills of the area. We would probably be treated to a bobcat and of course several coyotes along the way. We would grab dinner at the Inn of the 7th Ray in Topango Canyon. And no trip is complete without a walk along the Santa Monica pier and a visit to the Trapeze Flying school where you are up as high as the roller coaster and literally flying out to the ocean on the bar.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many people to thank and the person I want to thank the most is my mentor Mary Morrissey. She has walked with me every step along the way. The biggest contribution she has made is her willingness to stay in her own growth and development. As she grows, she shares her new understandings and awarenesses with all of us. And she cares deeply.
