We had the good fortune of connecting with Everyday San Diego and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Everyday, what do you attribute your success to?
The success of this brand or any brand rely on brand equity and trust. We have to remain ourselves and with Everyday San Diego we must stay true to what we all love about San Diego. We strive to have it come through in all our content, and even though it is clothes that we are selling, it’s more than that, it speaks to what makes San Diego desirable and loved by so many.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Here at Everyday San Diego we began with crafting our team with San Diego in mind. We naturally began with local photographers who know San Diego well enough to convey the beauty of the city and surrounding areas. We also have a unique relationship with surfing being located in Ocean Beach, we see ourselves aligned with the surfers who model for us though out their daily journeys in San Diego that either begin or end in the surf.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
This one is impossible to narrow down, let’s stick to Ocean Beach since we are headquartered there.
Let’s start the day surfing the iconic OB pier break and hang on the beach.
Then its breakfast burritos from Mike’s Taco Shop!
We can browse the OB farmers market (on a Wednesday).
Grab a slice (and an IPA if you’re over 21) from Pizza Port for lunch.
Skate down to sunset cliffs to take some epic photos.
To finally grab dinner while watching the sunset in an OB institution, Wonderland!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
