“It is only with the heart that one can see rightly. What is essential is invisible to the eye.” is one of my favorite quotes from the book, “Le Petit Prince”. This quote and the entire book has taught me a lot about how to live a life worth living, and that’s with the heart because everything essential is felt. Our bodies and our intuition are very intelligent, if we listen to them. As I grew up, I tried following other’s definition of success, and I felt something missing from my life. My heart and body were trying to tell me, but it took many stumbles before I listened. When I read this book, it encouraged me to focus on the importance of vulnerability, playfulness, and wonder, long forgotten from my childhood.
