As a parent, I believe the most important thing I’ve done for my children is to create a home where they feel safe and comfortable expressing their needs and concerns. It’s essential for them to have a sanctuary to relax and decompress from the demands of their everyday routines. As a busy mother of four, prioritizing their mental health and well-being is my utmost goal. I strive to cultivate an environment where they can come to me about anything they need without hesitation, fostering open communication and trust. Read More>>
No risk, no gain. I have been a risk taker my entire life. I was raised by 2 successful entrepreneurs. So risk taking was just part of life.
I started a podcast: The Knife Wife ( I am married to a famous knife maker craftsman) because I was sick of toxic media. I wanted a place people could get away from all the negativity. I suspected other people felt the same. I say we find ourselves through other’s stories. I try to bring humor and make people laugh. Making people laugh is always a win win. Read More>>
I see risk as a necessary part of growth and success. Every major shift in my life and career has come from taking a leap, even when I wasn’t sure what the outcome would be. I trust my vision very confidently and feel the need to get my ideas out into the world no matter what it takes and regardless of any outcome.. I know that playing it safe won’t get me where I want to be. whether it’s putting myself out there creatively, making bold career moves, or stepping into the unknown, risk has been the biggest catalyst for my biggest breakthroughs. Id rather bet on myself and fail than stay stagnant wondering “what if”. Taking risks has brought me closer to my purpose, my artistry, and the life I know I’m meant to live. Read More>>

Integrity. For me, integrity means moving with honesty, fairness and authenticity. It is principle that has always been important to me and means even more to me now as an injector. When clients sit in my chair, that’s what drives the experience from start to finish. It’s all about trust. As a client you’re not only trusting my skillset and expertise but trusting me to give you the best results possible while giving you honest advice on how to get those results. Read More>>
Something I’ve learned about the creative industry is that you have to have a balance of personal and professional work. The creative industry does not care if you’re tired, lazy, sic or uninspired, it only cares if the job can get done and how fast can you get it done. The creative industry is competitive so if you are one of those who always has an excuse on why projects didn’t get done you will soon find yourself without project, without clients and looking for a career change. Like many industries this is not for the faint of heart, this is for those who believe they have something special and are eager to share it with the world. Read More>>
Creation—especially the act of making art—is how we express ourselves and fulfill our essence as creative beings. Through photography, we ask questions—of ourselves and of those who engage with our work. Our images challenge assumptions, inviting deeper thought and shifting perspectives.
Whether we create in solitude or in harmony with one another, our ideas demand to be seen. They take shape in light and shadow, in texture and form, in the quiet moments and the bold statements. It’s not just what we do—it’s who we are. It’s woven into our DNA, guiding how we see, how we create, and how we move through the world. Read More>>
There’s two things, at least. I have songs in my head and I have to get them out. Since I was very young, poems and songs have appeared in my head. I have to finish them or they distract me. Secondly, I love to perform on stage. There’s an energy created in live performance that you can’t find anywhere else. Read More>>
