We had the good fortune of connecting with Vicente aka Vinnie Enriquez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Vicente aka Vinnie, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
There were two things that were driving forces in my jump into real estate. My first reason was I felt that I was underappreciated inside my old company. I wanted to start a business that allowed me to make sure my future team members and future clients would not feel what I felt. Second was my love for San Diego, I have been lucky enough to travel and work all over the world, yet San Diego always pulled me back. By starting a business in San Diego allowed me to put roots in the place that I was born.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
At The Enriquez Group we strive to make our clients real estate transaction as seamless as possible. We have built our team around our clients needs and pride ourselves on always compassionate, consistent and knowledgeable throughout the transaction process. Following this path has allowed us at The Enriquez Group to become one of the fastest growing teams in San Diego As a young, aggressive team we are always implementing new ways and technologies to better serve our clients throughout the buying and selling process. When you work with us during the buying process we will actively search for your new dream home. On the selling side we incorporate a variety of social media outlets and techniques to make sure our clients are getting maximum exposure and in return netting the maximum amount of money possible. One thing that makes my team and I unique is that we are always available, from the moment you meet with us until you are closed and beyond we want to be there for you every step of the way. We service buyers and sellers in all price points, and promise the same level of customer service in luxury market to the first tie home buyer. In real estate it’s about asking a lot of questions and figuring our what’s most important to your client At The Enriquez Group its not important how many homes we can sell, its more important that we get our clients where they want to be. We want our clients to leave feeling happy and satisfied, and build a relationship for life. Beside our focus in helping people on their real estate goals we are aware our clients usually will only transact every 5 to 7 years and that is one of the reason why we have built a podcast that focuses on positive mindset. “Road to Growth: success as an entrepreneur” is a podcast that focuses on the struggles that all entrepreneurs go through. Each week we will interview different business owners, hear their stories of adversity and how they worked through them. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m a huge Padres Fan, so if its baseball season and there is a home game then you better make sure we are getting some tickets to watch the home team win at Petco Park. Before the game we would go to The Field Irish Pub to grab a drink and maybe a bite. Besides the downtown adventures I would say a must, would be to venture over to Pacific Beach for some delicious breakfast at Breakfast Republic and then after walk a short distance to enjoy the waves.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
