We had the good fortune of connecting with Sandra Ary and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sandra, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
I think now we are under a different set of circumstances than we were since last year things have changed so drastically. While our immediate world and day to day activities have been so heavily modified, it is important that we recognize these changes and be able to mold WITH them in the most natural way. For me, I always focus on the Tao, this is the closest path to our original organic nature that we are able to ascertain here in physical form, on planet earth. Because I know we are facing unprecedented times this is a way for us to modify our current lifestyle in order to pursue the best version of our life that we can live! I have developed a series of systems to success which seem to work for me, but are different for each person. However, generally speaking the 6 best doctors to help you achieve balance are; water, exercise, fresh air, sunshine, diet and rest! From there, you can play healthy and happy in any dimension <3!!!
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I originally began painting as a child; it became a therapy then soon my religion, and a visual way to communicate my intrinsic senses. My art is very colorful, busy and with many hidden (and sometimes) not so hidden messages. I love to explore, create and express myself with such the freedom and liberty that art gives you to just simply BE YOU. With this internal guidance you would follow any pursuit which allows you such powerful expression of love and nature. I do not think Easy or Hard are relevant factors in becoming the artistical essence of your true lotus, however, I will say that life brings us so many unforeseen challenges and ART is a way to surpass and overcome these bridges!! I want to share most that is the heart of my Personal Philosophy and the personal meaning behind my name Sandia Riqa, as I choose to express and live in the fruitful rich abundance of the world I am creating, and you are invited to join. In unity AND gratitude, may we always choose that love for ourselves and then for one another.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
