We had the good fortune of connecting with Rebecca Nidzieko and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rebecca, what principle do you value most?
Service is the primary value I base all of my business decisions on. By leading with the thought of serving others, my work goes beyond my joy in doing the tasks and extends throughout the lives of my clients and their families. I believe that by serving my clients in the best way for them, I am creating solutions unique to their needs and making a lasting change in their lives. Helping them take back control of their spaces gives them more than just a clean home. It brings joy, relaxation, eliminates stress and so much more.
By focusing on solving their challenges first, my business grows in ways I could have never even imagined. I always think about how to best serve my client and the rest always falls into place!
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Professional Organization is a newer and somewhat niche industry. I think what sets me apart is my flexibility to work on variety of projects as well as use a wide range in product and price points to achieve the goal. I believe that getting organized doesn’t have to break the bank and that even the simplest structure can make a huge difference.
I find that so many families know what needs to be done but don’t know where to start. I’m a kind but assertive motivator that challenges my clients to make sometimes tough decisions.
The key thing to know about me is that organizing is honestly my truest passion. No project too big, too small. I love the art of organizing and playing Tetris with interior spaces. I do not judge or place blame. I’m here to help, always.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’d start with a beach day at Mission Beach. Maybe an evening roller blade trip along the boardwalk or a game of beach volleyball. Dinner and drinks near the PB pier.
We would for sure doing a day in Balboa Park. A visit to the Prado for a cocktail on the patio after checking out some of the museums.
A day trip to La Jolla is a must with a quick shopping trip before kayaking on the shores. A sunset cocktail to finish the night with dinner at Dukes.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
So many amazing podcasts have helped me pave the way for my business. Some of my favorites include The Perfectionism Project, Pro Organizer Studio & Goal Digger! My friends, family and amazing husband remind me every day that I am surrounded by love and support!
