Meet Jasmine Astorga | Creative & Patriot

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jasmine Astorga and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jasmine, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
My newest venture which will be launching next month is AstorgaBarron.com. It’s a blog I decided to launch towards the end of 2025. As Americans I think we are now seeing clearly, our constitutional rights are under attack. Social media has become so censored it’s honestly very alarming.
I want to freely voice my opinion and concerns that are affecting my country and the youth of my family. I am no expert at writing- I want to say this now and upfront. But I have certainly had enough of what is going on and am ready to use my Freedom of Speech constitutional right to my full power.
I hope more and more Americans continue to unite, align together and fight the same fight.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
So this question is very broad in my case as I’m starting two new ventures which I am very excited about. This past year something inside pushed me to write- A LOT. Something I have never done before. My background is in Photography and Videography which I still do. But writing has become so big for me now I can’t explain it.
Both launching sometime in February.
First one is AstorgaBarron.com and soon on Instagram. A blog voicing my personal opinion on the attack on our Freedom of Speech. Being a bold and unapologetic patriot.
Also my second up coming venture is a dedication to the beauty of femininity and the love of being a women. A combination of photography and poetry.
KatiaDahlia.com and also soon on Instagram. It’ll be boudoir photography, something I have always loved but had not dared to try but I’m going for it all now. No more holding back or living in “what if”. Just do it.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We work a lot so we’d unfortunately be boring the first couple days. Massages, manis and pedis somewhere in Pacific Beach. Definitely lunch in Downtown and make it to a Padres game. Surfing and paddle boarding day in La Jolla. A full day at San Diego Zoo for sure. Finishing with week with a day of shopping around the city.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My incredible family of course. They made sure to instill great values in me from a young age. Honesty, integrity, and grit. I was constantly reminded to never give up and always put up a great fight. My incredible sisters have always been by my side and they’re there for me when I need them. My single mother showed me the power of having strength and honor. My late grandmother taught me a lot about slowing down, enjoying life and leading with love . Lastly, my late grandfather who was a very stoic man was a great example of how powerful calmness and presence is also taught me how much the words you say matter.
Other: Launching soon.
