We had the good fortune of connecting with ALLYSHA JUAREZ and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi ALLYSHA, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success has been staying rooted in my purpose, helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. As an esthetician specializing in full body waxing and body treatments, I’ve built my brand around creating a safe, warm, welcoming space where people of all genders can show up exactly as they are. But above all, what has fueled my success is the trust my clients place in me. They allow me to be a part of their self-care journey and honoring that trust by continuously improving my craft and staying passionate about what I do is what keeps my brand thriving.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business is truly my passion, and one of the things I’m most proud of is simply having the courage to take the leap and create something of my own. I genuinely love what I do, and I think that shows in the experience I give my clients.

What sets my business apart is the energy and intention behind my studio space. I’ve always wanted it to feel more like a welcoming home than a traditional waxing studio. From the moment you walk in, it’s a whole vibe — warm, safe, comfortable, and inviting. I know that the services I offer can feel nerve-racking or even a little embarrassing, so my goal is to create an environment where people instantly feel at ease, almost like they’re visiting a friend. Pair that with my personality and the way I connect with clients, and the experience becomes something truly unique.

My journey definitely wasn’t easy. I actually opened my business twice. The first time was under a different name, and I was only there for seven months. I thought I was entering a partnership, but it quickly became clear that wasn’t the case. I bombed it hard — had to close, was jobless for a while, and honestly felt defeated. But my husband encouraged me to keep going, to relocate, to rebuild, and to trust myself. It took time, sacrifice, and a lot of debt, but it eventually paid off.

Now I’m in my own space, with my name on the door, and every time I walk in I feel proud of how far I’ve come. My story is proof that things don’t have to work out the first time for you to succeed. Sometimes the setback is actually the setup. I’ve learned to believe in myself, to push past my comfort zone, and to keep moving even when things get hard.

I still have growing to do, both personally and professionally, but I feel like I’m exactly where I’m meant to be — and it’s only up from here. I want the world to know that my brand is built on comfort, confidence, and real connection. “Beautify your Butterfly” isn’t just a slogan; it’s the empowerment behind everything I do.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Honestly, I’m not someone who goes out a lot — between mom life, sports, running a business, and everything in between, I’m usually happiest at home or anywhere low-key. But if my best friend came to visit for a week, I’d definitely make it special and show them some of my favorite local spots and simple pleasures. We’d grab good food like tacos in Esco, brunch in Temecula, or sushi on Grand in Esco — nothing fancy, just places I love. We’d hang out at the beach, sit, talk, watch the sunset, and enjoy the quiet, or not depending on my kids. haha
The whole week would be chill, relaxed, and full of simple, good-vibe moments and of course give them a pampering day at my studio so they can experience what I do, that’s my version of a perfect time.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d love to dedicate my shoutout to a few very special people who’ve shaped my journey.

First, my husband, he’s the one who constantly pushes me to step outside my comfort zone. I’m naturally very shy (even though none of my clients ever believe me!), so things like posting videos or even doing this interview are huge for me. When I’m in my treatment room, I’m fully focused on my clients’ needs, but outside of that space I’m definitely more reserved. His encouragement has helped me grow in ways I never expected.

I also owe so much to my in-laws, who supported me through school. Without their help, I’m not sure I would’ve taken the leap into this career at all.

And lastly, my mom Elena. She took me in at 15 and showed me what love, hard work, and compassion truly look like. Her example is a big part of who I am today. My sons also deserve credit — they’re my motivation every single day, and I hope to show them the same strength and dedication that was shown to me.
