We had the good fortune of connecting with Victoria Krasyuk and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Victoria, what do you want people to remember about you?
My work is connected with the study of the culture of different countries, searches and finds of interesting angles, unique sensations when looking at amazing corners of nature. My life is a compilation of these moments the way.
Photography is an intuition; it is hard to describe feelings; and, most importantly, it is ability to see the beauty and greatness even in simple little things.
I saw them through the lens of my camera. To feel free again, I’m always ready to depart on a new adventure.
I think of my content as bridges, and I am in-between, connecting the viewers with places where the images were taken, and with people and their emotions. My works are my view of the world.
I want people to remember that we are Peoples of the one Planet. And I want to show them that we actually live in The World without Borders.
The purpose of my work is to give all people in the world the opportunity to admire the beauty of our planet without leaving their homes.
A fantastic world awaits you all through the eyes of a female photographer who sometimes takes risks in pursuit of adventure and rare shots.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Being curious and creative person, I strive to travel and see the world with my own eyes. My camera was with me from my early years and what began as a childhood hobby turned into lifestyle.
With just one click of a button on the camera the moment of someone’s life or the life of our planet – the moment that will never happen again – is now memorialized forever on the photo.
I find it fascinating that with just one click of a button on the camera the moment of someone’s life or the life of our planet – the moment that will never happen again – is now memorialized forever on the photo.
I am top 10 Los Angeles photographers, winner of Travel International award and published author of book and many travel articles.
My journey began with photography, but evolved into something more expansive, like a snowball gaining down a hill. I ventured into videography, short films, stories of people and places around me.
In tandem, I maintained travel diaries during my adventures, whatever it was hitchhiking through the Altai mountains or exploring the remote islands of the Gulf of Thailand. This diaries blossomed into captivating magazine articles, allowing me to share my experience with a wider audience.
As the digital world evolved, so did my work. I transitioned into content creation. Throughout this journey, each facet of my creative endeavors has complimented the other.
It was far from easy, along the way I encountered numerous challenges. However, each setback became an opportunity for growth and learning. I’m passion about my storytelling and my commitment to authenticity.
I’m proud and excited about the impact my work has on others. Whether it’s inspiration, evoking emotions, or conversations, knowing that my work resonated with people is really great.
If you really love what you do, you will continue even if it doesn’t bring you anything. You will follow your passion and eventually it will turn into something more.
And I look forward to uncovering new stories, exploring more places and pushing the boundaries of creativity.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
That’s a good question. And considering such a small number of days, I can recommend itinerary for busy week to see, in my opinion, the most interesting places that I personally checked. This is not the entire list, of course, but some of the worthwhile ones.

Day 1
Go to Balboa Island in Newport beach, and stay at the 21 Oceanfront. Then boardwalk and take some Banzai bowl or smoothie, and have a dinner at the hotel or go to the Huntington beach to Offshore 9 rooftop lounge.

Day 2
Go to Santa Barbara early in the morning. Stay at the Beach House Inn, take a walk around the old city, visit small shops, buy a hat to avoid sunstroke and have a dinner at the San Ysidro Ranch where John and Jackie Kennedy spend their honeymoon.

Day 3
Take a trip to Palms Springs. Stay in one of the airbnb with a colorful door and a swimming pool and just rest.

Day 4
Visit top 5 Palm Springs instagram spots (Moorten botanical garden, hotel California, forever Marylin, art museum, Elvis Presley honeymoon house).

Day 5
Drive to Santa Monica by the evening, stay at the Shore hotel.

Day 6
Visit Getty Villa in Malibu, and have dinner and cocktails at Perch in DTLA.

Day 7
If time allows then breakfast at the Aquarela coffee in DTLA

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Blood is thicker than water. And it is actually true. No matter how hard life can be, family will always have your back. My family had been there for me through up and down. They give me straight to push forward.
And as for myself, I’ve learned that perseverance is key. You should never give up. I’m determined to chase my dreams and make them a reality, because I believe that nothing is impossible.
