What should our readers know about your business?
Personal Touch Dining was started in 1988. At that time we operated corporate cafes and did on premise catering.
In 1995 we opened a division of off Premise catering, serving both the corporate and social market.
In 1999 we opened San Diego Prom Connection, providing catering for school proms and dances.
In 2009 we opened Personal Touch Dining – Venue Management, providing all -inclusive management services and catering for local event venues. Today we manage three amazing venues in San Diego, Mt. Woodson Castle, Leo Carrillo Ranch and The Old Rancho Wedding Estate,
In 2015 we built a 10,000 sq food commercial kitchen and commissary in Scripps Ranch
In 2016 we opened San Diego Commercial Kitchen Rental which offer commercial kitchen space for local small food production operators.
In 2018 we built Harbor View Loft on Harbor Island an all inclusive waterfront event venue for both corporate and social events.
2020 and 2021, we put new business ventures on hold due to Covid 19, but we are excited to see what 2023 brings
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would start by taking them to all the wonderful local venues we provide services at so they could see what I am so passionate about.
We would also visit Balboa Park, Shout House, La Jolla, go to a Padre game.
We would eat at Little Sister’s Pizza in Hillcrest, Craft Kitchen in La Mesa
