We had the good fortune of connecting with Stan Hayduk and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stan, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Honestly, it answers the last question as well; Colossians 3:23, “And whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters” The accountability in working this way means that every client receives the same product in the end. Working from this perspective gives me a sense of freedom that allows me to not only be fair and equal but also allows me to experience the joy that comes with each job.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
In the beginning, I don’t think anything worth growing is “easy”. Over the years, one of the things that has contributed to the success of my business is the growth and continuing support of clientele. Establishing a base of clients that return consistently and pass on business referrals of my company has been solid and I appreciate it!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
This is a difficult one with the social conditioning we are experiencing. I’d say favorites are the Original Pancake House in Encinitas, Ricos Taco Shop in Encinitas, and our favorite BBQ place, our back yard with all the kids and grandkids. Beach walks are always great in North County SD as well as visits to the pier in Oceanside and the Harbor in San Diego.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
By all means, my wife Catherine. She is the CFO of the company and the measure of my success through her support in many areas of life.
