Hi Raynard, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I have been my own boss for over 30 years. I always new I wanted to own and operate my own business and I have always loved the food service industry. This is a passion of mine with commitment and dedication I have overcome many obstacles and hurdles each day.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Leberry Bakery and Donut has grown tremendously in 3 years we are a plant based bakery with gluten free and have beat every challenge. we have one best bakery and donut 3 years in a row. We overcome so many obstacles with the pandemic and all. Workforce dwindled to almost zero and yet we still managed to serve our fans.

Dr Joe Lee was my mentor when I started in Food service in 1984. he helped me through the rough, thick and thin. he helped me navigate my management style, to be come and owner operator. Primerestaurantgroup is the company that set me free.
