We had the good fortune of connecting with Kayla Schaffroth and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kayla, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I’m obsessed with getting my clients awesome results. I believe that I was put on this earth to serve and help people (especially kids and teens in my case). It keeps me focused and motivated, even when I don’t “feel” like doing the work. I’m always trying to find new ways to offer more value to my customers. Every Sunday, I’ll write out my goal for the week, actionable steps to achieving this goal, and the “why” behind the goal itself. The “why” almost always revolves around my drive to help and serve my clients. It lights me up!

What should our readers know about your business?
Project Performer provides a virtual step-by-step formula to success as a performer that can be accessed by anyone worldwide for a minimal price. Through our courses, coaching, and our supportive community, we help aspiring performers see the greatness in themselves.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
