We had the good fortune of connecting with Katie Titi and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Katie, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success has been perseverence. That “no-matter-what-ness”.

What should our readers know about your business?
What makes my offerings unique is that the focus on the relationships of feminine beings and their environments – spiritual, personal, and physical – to transform their lives in some of the most powerful, comprehensive ways possible What I’m most excited to share with you is that I’ve developed some self-study courses that feminine beings have been enjoying from all over the globe. I’m adding some newbies to those course offerings. The course I’m working on now is about creating healthy environments – mind, body, and soul. I got to where I am today business-wise by not giving up, no matter what. At the end of the day, intelligence, resourcefulness, and application will only get you so far. It’s in those desperate moments that grit kicks in and reminds a person why they are in this to begin with. It wasn’t always easy. There were aspects of running a business that weren’t second-nature to me. I had to overcome a lot of resistance, challenge my self-doubt daily, be willing to mess up so many times, all while learning about business (all the technical stuff), staying open, and not giving up. Not everyone is cut out to be a CEO, but you know you are if you really want it, so much that you keep going under any circumstance. I overcame the challenges by recommitting every time I failed. Recommitting looked like staring my fears in the face and recommitting to my “why,” despite the overwhelming seeming “evidence” that it “wouldn’t work.” Some lessons I’ve learned along the way are that having flexibility with your plan, cultivating patience, being adaptive, and being willing to transform and reinvent will take you very far in life. Don’t be afraid to be different, not just different from others, but different than you were a minute ago. Being willing to make room for a new version of you. What I want the world to know about what I have to offer is that environments shape us, and they shape us profoundly. Whether it’s your spiritual environment, your personal environment (thoughts, feelings, body, mind), your physical/space environment, these are the aspects of our experience that we’re literally constantly paying attention to… They are worth tidying up and embellishing, all around.

Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
If a friend of mine was visiting the area and I wanted to show them the best time ever, I would probably take them to several places so they could get a feel for San Diego overall – Balboa Park gardens, Gaslamp and Little Italy bars and restaurants, La Jolla beaches and boutique shopping, Del Mar racetrack, and Julian’s wonderful nature opportunities. Bird Rock Coffee Roasters and Mostra for the most fabulous coffee treats ever. Annd, a few personal can’t-misses would be Pacific Beach for a Slo-mo sighting and the bubble man 🙂

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I started following Marie Forleo years ago while starting my design business (back then I was focused solely on design), and that follow was one of the best things I could have ever done for myself. It opened worlds of transformation that I did not previously know existed.
