We had the good fortune of connecting with Jason Amancio Kervin Alfonso and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jason Amancio, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Our thought process behind starting our own business stemmed from a desire to work for ourselves and build something meaningful. We wanted to create a positive work environment for others while also having more control over our time. The goal was to spend less time tied to a 9-to-5 schedule and more time with our families, all while pursuing our passion for providing top-notch cleaning services.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our business, The Clean Guys LLC, stands out because of our unwavering attention to detail and our commitment to going above and beyond for our clients. What truly sets us apart is our focus on building long-term relationships with every client we serve.

We’ve gotten to where we are today through relentless hard work, a “can-do” attitude, and taking decisive action. From hitting the ground running to secure contracts to networking with industry leaders and other businesses, we’ve stayed proactive and determined.

It hasn’t been easy. We’ve faced challenges, but we overcame them by staying motivated, supporting each other, and always keeping our eyes on the future rather than dwelling on the past. One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned is to know our worth and recognize that not every client is meant for us—and that’s okay.

Our message to the world is simple: never settle. No matter your age or circumstances, go after your dreams. Our story is proof that with dedication, vision, and a little faith, you can create something extraordinary.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If our best friend were visiting, we’d kick things off by diving into the vibrant nightlife on the Las Vegas Strip. We’d dine at some of the nicest and most popular restaurants on Las Vegas Boulevard, followed by an unforgettable night at one of the city’s top clubs with a table to keep the party going.

During the day, we’d explore Resorts World for its incredible selection of international cuisine—perfect for a laid-back yet flavorful dining experience.

To switch things up, we’d head outdoors for a little adventure. We’d rent a cabin at Lee Canyon for a day of snowboarding or skiing, wrapping up the night with a cozy, relaxing evening in the cabin. We’d also hit the trails at Red Rock Canyon for some hiking and take a scenic trip to the Grand Canyon to soak in those breathtaking views.

To close out the week, we’d explore the charm of Old Las Vegas. Fremont Street is a must-see for its unique vibe, street performers, and lively atmosphere. We’d bar hop and sample the incredible restaurants in the area, taking in the energy and character that make this part of the city so special.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We want to dedicate our shoutout to our families, who have always had our backs and supported our decision to leave the security of corporate jobs to pursue our dream of starting this cleaning business. Their encouragement has been our foundation.

A special thanks goes to our mentor and friend, Dom, who owns Hill’s Wall to Wall Cleaning. He has been an incredible guide and resource for us since we first connected while hiring his company to clean one of our stores in California.

We also want to recognize our mentor and friend Anthony, the founder of GroupGreeting.com. His mentorship and belief in us have been invaluable. Anthony has continually pushed us to believe in ourselves, stay focused, and manifest our vision. These relationships have truly been instrumental in our journey.
