We had the good fortune of connecting with Janine Earth Flow Yogi and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Janine, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Earth Flow Yogi provides mindfulness and Yoga classes to the community. Mental Health is so important to me, and I truly believe that if we are in a good mental space, it will help us to thrive in all areas of our lives. Yoga is a gift that was given to me, and I want to continue to share this gift with everyone.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am the owner of the Earth Flow Yogi brand, which is a yoga business that I started two years ago. We offer yoga classes and meditation to the community. What sets Earth Flow Yogi apart is that we offer an outdoor group yoga class, in a very beautiful space which is beginner friendly. We also offer our clients private online sessions in which they have the ability to take a class with me personally from anywhere in the world. I am most proud of my students, seeing their growth and dedication to their yoga practice. Getting where I am today was not an easy process, I did the work, I myself have a personal yoga practice, and I am always reading and finding ways to perfect my yoga teaching techniques. I’ve had so much support from my peers which has been the highlight of my career. The key was to not give up even when students didn’t book or show up to classes. My rule is that if one person shows up to class, yoga is happening. My biggest lesson was to drop expectations and genuinely enjoy every part the journey. I shifted my focus to just having fun teaching and sharing the gift of yoga with my students. I want the world to know that there is so much more to come from Earth Flow Yogi, there is so much that I want to do to add to others happiness and peace of mind. In the future we will offer sound baths, retreats, and on demand classes. So much more to look forward to, this is only the beginning.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
