We had the good fortune of connecting with Crisanto jr Banuelos and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Crisanto jr, do you have some perspective or insight you can share with us on the question of when someone should give up versus when they should keep going?
I feel like there really isn’t a way of knowing . I think that remaining focused is key, as well as staying busy. That is what keeps me going. Many times I’ve had self doubts or have lost interest, due to certain reasons .I usually pray on it , and do my best to move forward towards my journey . It’s easy to give up , but we must keep going .

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Art comes in many ways, mine happens to be in beauty & as a creative entrepreneur. Altho I don’t compare myself to others. I believe that my uniqueness and the many services I offer is what sets me apart from others. Im very proud of all the given opportunities, that have made my journey successful. I am very excited to always keep furthering my skills & growing my business. There are a few business ventures in the works and so much to come I don’t wanna spoil just yet. They always say network is your net worth and honestly , I agree . Networking has played a major role in my career and to where I am today . Of course years of hard work, dedication, determination and most importantly a passion for what I love to do. I can definitely say I have paid my dues, in this industry and always will continue to do so . The great thing about it is , you can never stop growing, learning and elevating. So it’s really up to me , to stay consistent and embark on the opportunities that make sense for me. As an entrepreneur that’s trying to make it as far you can, I don’t think it’s ever easy and it hasn’t been. There has been may obstacles and situations that have not made it the easiest. You have to be mentally strong , and always be prepared for what life may throw in front of you. I’ve dealt with, theft in the past , many jobs gone wrong and life and almost death situations . But I’m here to tell u , it gets better. Don’t really wanna go into details , but let’s just say I’m glad I’m here and thankful to god for continuously saving me and being there for me . He is who gives me the most strength to keep going and not give up. Throughout my journey I’ve learned that, one : it’s ok to make mistakes and not be perfect. There’s no such thing as perfect . I’ve learned that not everyone is your friend or has the best interest in life for you. Many want to see you win , but not doing better than they are . I’ve learned that , not everything or every opportunity has to be shared or talked about. I’ve learned the difference of money hungry people vs hungry people with amazing work ethic . Go getters like myself , who continue to push forward no matter what . I’ve learned that complaining gets you nowhere and only makes things more difficult. Lastly I’ve learned to, continuously stay positive and help as many people as you can . Stay genuine and help with an open mind and heart. Those who value and appreciate you , will continue to support you . Those who don’t come and go , just like money does . It comes and goes . I’ve come to understand that there is no value in what you make , to a certain extend of course. We live in a world where anyone can be creative and build any kind of business and profit . We must do our best and try to invest , to see those numbers come back . Otherwise we are being Reliant on just working to make money and survive and not actually live tho the highest potential. I want the world to know , that hard work does pay off. Nothing really happens overnight , altho with todays world anyone can go viral over night . I encourage the world to keep going . We are all just trying our best, and that’s all you can do. I want others all over the world , to continue to love yourself and one another . I want the world to know , that it’s ok to cut off people. Do whatever you have to do for you and your well being. Stay focused . Travel as many times as you can . Stop being so hard on yourself and keep living. Everyone has a purposed and we are all meant to be here. As far as my brand , it’s always growing and expanding in many ways . I can’t wait to keep sharing with the world everything I’ve yet to accomplish.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I currently have resided back to Las Vegas . To be honest i have yet to fully experience it to the max. There are so many things to do and explore out here. There are plenty of shows and concerts. There are many amazing restaurants to dine in , and if you know me I think my itinerary would start with the slot machines , hahah all jokes I aside I’ve had my share of wins . I can admit I love the casinos and they love me. So whoever is ready to explore with me come on down and let’s paint the town .

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I encourage any artist or entrepreneurs, To read . Read as many books that you can . Books that will open up ur mind to help you achieve better life goals and help you make better choices . One of my favorite books is called , “Steal like an artist”. I would like to thank my trainer Jesse Rebollar who has helped me through out my fitness journey , after my second knee surgery and recovery . He has definitely guided me in so many ways, during recovery to avoid more injuries and reach my fitness goals. I want to thank all my clients , that keep me booked as busy . Everyone and anyone who was trusted me or believed in me , For all their beauty needs & photography. To all my mentors , Friends and fellow entrepreneurs that continue to guide me and support me continuously.
