We had the good fortune of connecting with Clint Jordan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Clint, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
As a 22-year retired Air Force Veteran, I’ve lived the military lifestyle. I understand PCS moves, deployments, uncertainty, and what it feels like to relocate your family on short notice. MIL-Estate was built from that experience.

MIL-Estate Network is 100% Veteran and Military Spouse Realtors. Every agent in our network has lived the life in some capacity. That matters. When a military family is buying or selling a home, they’re not just making a financial decision — they’re navigating timelines, benefits, schools, and transitions that are unique to military service. We make sure they’re represented by someone who truly understands that.

Our social impact shows up in three major ways:

First, we protect military families financially. Real estate is one of the largest financial decisions most families will ever make. By connecting them with trusted, vetted Veteran and Military Spouse agents nationwide, we help prevent costly mistakes and ensure they maximize their VA benefits and equity position.

Second, we create economic opportunity within the Veteran and Military Spouse community. Many of our agents are transitioning service members or military spouses who have had to rebuild careers multiple times due to moves. MIL-Estate gives them a platform, national exposure, referrals, and a support system to build sustainable, scalable businesses.

Third, we build local Veteran business ecosystems. Through initiatives like our Veteran Business Alliance chapters, we connect Veteran-owned businesses, create referral networks, and keep dollars circulating within the Veteran community. That ripple effect strengthens families, strengthens small businesses, and strengthens local economies.

At the end of the day, MIL-Estate isn’t just about buying and selling homes. It’s about keeping our military families protected, creating opportunity for those who served, and building communities where Veterans continue to thrive long after the uniform comes off.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My career didn’t start in real estate. It started in the United States Air Force.

I served 22 years as an Air Force firefighter and retired with a 100% disability rating. That chapter shaped everything about how I lead, how I serve clients, and how I build businesses. In the military, you learn quickly that excuses don’t solve problems. Preparation, discipline, and execution do.

When I transitioned out, I didn’t have some massive real estate pipeline waiting for me. I had to rebuild from scratch. New industry. New identity. New network. And like many Veterans, I had to figure out who I was outside the uniform.

It wasn’t easy.

There were months early on where I questioned if I made the right move. I had to learn contracts, marketing, negotiation, systems, branding — all while supporting my family and building credibility in a competitive market. But what I did have was consistency and work ethic. I treated real estate like a mission.

What sets me apart today is that I don’t just sell homes — I build platforms.

I became a host on American Dream TV, which allowed me to spotlight local businesses and communities while elevating my clients’ listings to a national audience. I built MIL-Estate Network into a nationwide network of Veteran and Military Spouse Realtors. I launched the Veteran Business Alliance to strengthen local Veteran-owned businesses. Every move has been intentional.

I’m proud of a few things:

• Building a national real estate network that is 100% Veteran or Military Spouse
• Creating opportunities for other Veterans to build businesses after service
• Being able to give my listings exposure that most agents simply can’t
• Showing my kids what disciplined execution looks like

The biggest lesson I’ve learned? Your brand is your reputation at scale.

Early on, I realized if I was going to stand out, I had to lean into who I actually am — a Veteran, a disciplined operator, someone who believes in community and long-term impact. I stopped trying to look like everyone else in real estate and built a brand around service, strength, and structure.

Another lesson: momentum beats motivation. Motivation comes and goes. Systems, habits, and daily standards are what carry you through hard seasons.

And there were hard seasons. Transitioning out of the military. Building a network from zero agents to nationwide. Taking risks publicly. Investing in media and branding before it felt comfortable. But every challenge forced growth.

What do I want the world to know about my story?

I’m not the guy who had it handed to him. I’m the guy who built it brick by brick.

My brand stands for discipline, service, exposure, and execution. I believe Veterans shouldn’t struggle alone after service. I believe military families deserve representation from people who understand their lifestyle. And I believe business should create impact, not just income.

At the end of the day, I’m building something bigger than transactions. I’m building systems, platforms, and communities that will outlast me.

That’s what excites me most — we’re just getting started.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Colorado Springs is amazing….
We would start out day off with a workout at the best gym in town, CrossFit. Bonnie and Clyde. Bright and early to get the day started. I am a huge routine guy, up at 4:30, ice bath by 4:45 then to the gym.

We would definitely hit up the incline and spend the day in Manitou Springs. I did an episode for American Dream at the incline, it was ranked by PureGym (British fitness company) as the second most demanding landmark in the world. It is not that tough, but definitely a must do. Tons of micro bars and food in manitou as well for after the hike.

Friday or Sunday would be reserved for Dragon Man’s museum tour. He is the most armed man in America, literally. HIs museum is unlike anything you have ever seen. 6 ranges too, so we would spend some time shooting some guns.

Couple amazing steak houses, Prime 25 and Tucanos. Tucanos is not really a steak house, but when you are done eating there, you have had all the steak you can eat. Amazing salad bar too.

We would hit up Garden of the gods for some of the best site seeing on the planet, and then catch an evening Air Force Football game.

If fishing, Skiing, hiking, or outdoor stuff is your jam, we are the spot. We could squeeze all that in one/two days as well.

And then on your final evening, we would go to one of the best magicians in the world show here in town. Cosmo’s Magic Theater. Cosmo is the greatest magician and dude on the planet. Its the best 2 hour show you will ever see.
