We had the good fortune of connecting with Chantelle Lisette and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chantelle, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Im a multipassionate entrepenuer and run multiple businesses. The 2 businesses I started on my own are my vegan protein cookie business, Coco Cakes and my women networking community called She is Worthy Community.

Coco Cakes was a 6 year recipe in the making, with no intention of starting a business, and FULL intention to help my dad and friends/family who have a sweet tooth, turn to healthier sweet treats! I knew I wanted to make something my dad could enjoy and love, that would not compromise his health, especially him having an autoimmune disease. He has to be careful with his nutrition and ingredients. I started doing research and playing around with recipes till one day I came up with a mix that turned into a cookie. My grandpa was a baker and taught me how to swap certain ingredients for same texture but healthier, so that is when the first Coco Cake was created, and the perfect batch was made. A few months later, my grandpa passed away. His last meal, per his request at hospice care, was my very own vegan protein cookie, from Coco Cakes. This touched my heart and at that moment I knew I wanted to take this seriously. I know there are many people out there who can only have certain ingredients, and I wanted to make sure I could cater to all! so now, here I am, 1 year into my cookie business, serving dairy-free gluten free guilt free cookies. I am so happy to be serving my local community!

She is Worthy Community is my biggest passion, because it is a women networking community, online and global, to help women everywhere rediscover their power, transform their mindset, and truly know their worth. This community was a seed God planted in my heart, and I saw a need for women everywhere. Women need women support, encouragement, empowerment and more. We need a community to help build each other up and be there for one another. Success isnt selfish and I knew I wanted to create something that brought us all together.

Imagine a space where you can rediscover your power, transform your mindset, and truly KNOW your worth.
This is not just a community—it’s your sanctuary, your support system, and your ultimate source of empowerment.
Here, women come together to rise, to heal, and to celebrate one another’s journeys. It’s a space where you can feel safe, be seen, and build deep, meaningful connections with like-minded women who are on the same path of growth and self-discovery. Whether you’re seeking guidance in health and wellness, craving a tribe that understands you, or looking to network and learn from others, this is your place.

We have local and virtual events, monthly masterclasses, networking daily, exclusive online community, and all for a $50 yearly fee! I cant wait to welcome you in!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am an original not a copy. What sets me apart, is I am Chantelle, and no one can take that from me, that is my superpower. I am a very driven woman, and in everything I do, I put my whole heart into. I am very intentional about everything I do. I am most proud of the woman I am today and the woman I am becoming. I had to overcome a lot of trials and challenges in my life to be the woman I am today. There was a point in my life that I did not know my worth, I did not value myself or love myself, and I put my needs aside to cater together. I had very real people pleasing tendencies. I was in a toxic relationship that ended and I realized in my aloneness that I put all my happiness in a man instead of finding happiness in myself. I let it take the best of me and ended up with an eating disorder that almost cost me my life. I was told I had 3 months to live by the doctors. In that moment, everything changed for me. I heard God tell me “You are worthy.” I knew I needed to make a change so I did and moved on to become a fitness trainer, joined a wellness company, started my vegan protein cookie business, and discovered a passion for community. We all need one another and support/encourage one another. That is why I am so excited to start She is Worthy Community. I want the women in this world to know that they are not alone whatever they are going through and there is purpose in your pain. I am here to partner, to hold your hand, to show you that you are a woman of worth, you are a worthy of a life you deserve, and together we rise. Join me in my women community, and lets change the world- TOGETHER!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my friend was visiting, I would show them all the different parts of my life and the simple things I enjoy. We would start at in n out, a California staple meal! We would take it to the pond next to my house and sit on the table there and watch the ducks swim, and people fish. The pond is a beautiful place to relax and its something I truly enjoy, the simple things in life. I would show them my house, which I bought 4 years ago, and was featured on HGTV House Hunters. I am so proud of my house because I made so many sacrifices to be able to afford owning a home at age 28 all by myself. I decorated it in the most CHANTELLE way possible. I would take them to my favorite park which is right across the way with fountains. We would grab burritos from Lilys and go to Malibu beach and sit and enjoy the waves. We would then go out to my favorite winery called Stonehaus, but not to drink because I dont drink really, a glass of wine here and there but mainly to enjoy the ambiance. Sometimes I will make it my office for the day. My amazing boyfriend would meet us there after work, and their paninis, veggie salad, and roasted chicken is my favorite meal and his too. His energy is unmatched and I know anyone I bring around him will love him. We could hike the beautiful mountains, go to the golfing range, go on a nice run or workout in my home gym. Acai bowls are my faovrite and we could grab one before the park too! I am a really simple girl so those are the most fun things that come to mind.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have to give a shoutout to my parents and sister, but specifically a shoutout to my dad. Without his business guidance, love, and mentorship I would be no where without him. He is truly my hero, but also he is the reason I have such a huge passion for health and nutrition. He showed me the importance of health and because of him I was able to start both businesses. He always believed in me and encouraged me and showed me my worth truly. I grew up with a dad who started each morning with “hello beautiful” and “Goodnight Gorgeous.” Every single day I believed I was worthy, I believed I was beautiful, and he set the standard for what an amazing man of God I should find for myself one day, a true gentleman and man to lead me. Thankfully, I did find one and am happily in a relationship with the man of my dreams.

I owe it to my dad for knowing how worthy I am and for the confidence I walk in today. Thank you dad for being the ultimate man in my life, the ultimate hero, and truly my very best friend.
