Hi Anwar, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I wanted to design and create a barbell that was high quality and affordable for the every day athlete.

I place a high focus on listening, researching, and doing in order to develop our current product lines. It hasn’t been easy especially with the many economic and global changes in the past year. I want our audience to know that our brand is designed and developed for the every day athlete at an affordable price. Our customers are not paying for the simply the name, marketing dollars, executive salaries/bonuses, but simply quality equipment to maintain their health.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I attended graduate school at Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, CA. The founder of the school was Peter F. Drucker, who is widely considered the godfather of modern management. One of the most impactful quotes from him is “The best way to predict the future is to create it.”
