We had the good fortune of connecting with antwan morrow and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi antwan, what’s the most difficult decision you’ve ever had to make?
There are actually two decisions that were equally difficult and both revolve around the US Air Force. Getting into the military and separating the military. Both of these decisions were major turning points in my life. I decided to enter the Force because I refused to be in college debt or stay in my hometown, I had a itch to explore the world and the Air Force was my ticket. I did have scholarships to a few colleges like the The Art Institute of Denver for a chalk and pastel painting that was placed into the MLK gallery I created. Separating the military was very difficult because I was giving up insurance and certainty. But like they say NO RISK NO REWARD, so I took my chance and once I separated the military at Luke AFB in Glendale, AZ I moved straight to San Diego, California only knowing one friend from high school.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I have always been a leader from sports in high school I was captain, to military training I was the squad leader, to physical training leader for special operations, to now a personal coach. But what sets me apart is I make it a lot more than just an excel spreadsheet, I create value for others to take even long after they don’ t work with me. I got a graphic design degree just so I could learn how to create the best content possible and deliver it with precision, direction, and intention. I value the one on one coaching, but I also value creating the content. ITS FREE, and many can’t afford to come work with me 1:1 and that’s alright because once they are ready I will be the first guy they contact. It’s been a journey, but i have gathered 125k plus followers on my socials and it’s be organic and off of value and intention.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
San Diego is FULL of things to do. If family or friends come in town first we will go on a hike like Cowles Mountain or Three Sisters. Our rule is if you’re visiting you’re exercising! After that take them down to Pacific Beach to get my favorite dessert “Baked Bear”! Then we could cruise over to mission beach board walk or even Sea port village to checkout the shops, the naval vessel, and site see. Since we are already downtown we got to hit up Tacos El Gordo!
If there is still time in the day go grab a drink in la jolla and checkout the sea lions on the rocks.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My mom was always my biggest fan, she deserves this Shout out. I lost her in 2019 and the last thing she told me was “boy follow your dreams.” Those words repeat in my head daily as my motivation, she is gone so I have to live for here and I would be damned if I wasted this precious opportunity called life. Another hero of mine would be my father, He has lead me to be a stand up guy that will NOT take no for a answer (he prob wasn’t fond of it when I was small like he is now). But man let me tell you about Big Tre Tre, he is a father and brother to me. He’s never not cut it to me straight and with that I thank him because I don’t take no shortcuts in life. Lastly my wife, or shall I say my rock, my foundation, my queen. She has inspired me in so many ways, She’s a tough MOFO! Anything she puts her mind to she will get it done. We work well together because when one person is climbing the other is forced to get off their asses and climb too.
