We had the good fortune of connecting with Allison Maslan and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Allison, what do you attribute your success to?
I believe, wholeheartedly, that the reason Pinnacle Global Network has been so successful is due to two things: our commitment to our company’s vision, and our desire to use that vision to lift other business owners up.
What should our readers know about your business?
Pinnacle Global Network is one of the only business masterminds AND mentoring programs that is tailored specifically to business owners in the 7+ figures who are ready to scale. This is because when it came time for me to scale for the first time in my life, I realized that I was suddenly part of an incredibly underserved community. Scaling a company is very different from starting or growing one, and I found there were very few people who could give me the guidance I needed because they had not been there themselves. Our live events are also a step above the rest – for example, at our upcoming Virtual Level-Up LIVE February 4-6th, we’re working personally with 500+ high-level CEOs in every industry to create their entire scaling roadmap for the year. I highly encourage all established business owners to attend this 10th annual proven successful event. What truly sets us apart is our team and community. Each of our 15 CEO mentors has started, grown, and scaled their own very successful companies.. They know exactly how to help our clients reach their goals and overcome the obstacles along the way… because they’ve already done it themselves. Plus, we have some of the most impressive CEOs, from the US to Jamaica to the Netherlands, in our community! We have faced many challenges, and most of them were not easy. Again, vision has been everything here. As a serial entrepreneur I have been through every obstacle in the book (debt, global financial crises, losing crucial employees, and more), and my vision of helping business owners has always been what got me through it. I’ve learned that anything is possible as long as you stay persistent and are willing to be creative. I always say that when your back is against a wall, that’s usually when you come up with your best ideas – that’s why I’ve always been able to grow, even during tough times when businesses “should” be struggling. In fact, my best quarters have always come after hitting a really big challenge! CEOs and Founders looking to take it to the next level? Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
When it comes to favorite spots in San Diego, I’m a professional trapeze artist and have a setup in the back of my yard. So we’d start there. Everyone would need to take a turn. Afterwards we’d go to Dog Beach in Del Mar with our golden retriever, Winston. We love the beaches in this area. Once the day was wrapping up, we’d get drinks and then dinner at Sbicca in Del Mar or Maurizio’s in Encinitas. We may even go to Sam the Cooking Guys new spot, Graze.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My father was my biggest inspiration as a business owner, and also my first mentor. He gave me incredible advice that I still use in my business, every day. He’s one of the biggest reasons I became an entrepreneur in the first place!
