Most people say they want success, but when you ask them what success means you get wildly different responses. We recently asked some of the best and brightest in our community to tell us about how they define success and have shared their responses below.

I define success very simply. Most would think it’s the amount of money, fame, or glory one attains, however, I think of success, not as something you can count on with a number. Success to me is doing what you love and want to do every single day and not giving up on it. Eventually, if you stick a something for long enough, all the rewards will come. But if you do what you love every single day without giving up, you are already a success. Most people don’t even think doing what they love will amount to anything, but how wrong they are. Peace man, its all about peace. It’s interesting because my definition of success has changed as I’ve gotten older. In my college and entery level years I would have defined it soley by income. At this stage on my life, I tend to put the emphasis on fulfillment. If you are lucky enough have a career which you enjoy, in which you can find genuin fulfillment and can support yourself financially at the same time, even if not pulling in the millions I thought defined success as a youngin, in my opinion that’s the sweet spot. One things I did to get to where I am is, filmed night life 5 days a week to meet new potential clients and Club Owners/ Managers. From doing this, it allowed me to build a weekly schedule. Was it easy? No, a lot of late hrs which required a lot of energy drinks.
