My art career started with graffiti, one of the riskiest art forms out there. When I decided to pursue art I knew that there were not a lot of options when it came to learning how to install large scale mural art. Most of the murals you see on the side of buildings and in businesses were created by artists who start with graffiti. Once I discovered that path I knew taking the risk, both to my freedom and to to my safety, would be worth it because in the end I would have a skill set that would allow me to share my art with the world. It’s a risky business taking a risk in any type of business, but there is no reward without the risk. And the thing is that you have to be 100% on the risk you’re taking. No hesitating and no doubting yourself, because the moment you doubt yourself, you slowly begin to sink underwater. Like Peter, when walking on water. Stepping out of the boat was a risky thing to do, but we wouldn’t know about it unless he did it. So I advise everyone to take that risk.
