We had the good fortune of connecting with Joseph Carafa and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi joseph, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
I think as I get older taking risks is less appealing to me. When I do take risks I count the cost of the possible outcomes. I try not to go in blind. I get all the details and try to make a decision.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I think it matters more how you do what you do than what you do. Education in our craft while striving to offer service and excellence is second to none. Perfection isn’t always possible so we always do our best to correct any issues.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take them to the golf club where I play. The Crossings in Carlsbad. I would go to my favorite restaurants in the area. Probably go to Balboa Park. I would go to some fun places in Carlsbad for drinks.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My Wife is my biggest supporter.
North Coast Church which taught me how to apply biblical principles to life situations
