We had the good fortune of connecting with Nancy Fuentes and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nancy, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My business started as an outlet , while I was working in stressful work environment. I would make products for myself to enjoy some “Me time ” , while my 1 year old at the time was asleep .

I finally decided to start doing events to sell my products , because I fell in love with my own skincare line , then after my family and friends .
Soon enough strangers fell in love with our natural skincare line .

December 2018 , gave my two notice and resigned and I never looked back ,

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Our skincare products are handmade with natural oils , ingredients and botanicals to not only smell amazing , but to make you feel and look amazing in your own skin .

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would visit the pier and go out for some margaritas and appetizers, and enjoy a nice walk by the beach and visit some museums .

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would thank my mom for being one of my first supporters , till this day she still loves her oatmeal soaps .

Also , my husband who not only thinks my ideas are crazy at times , but always believes in me no matter what .

And I can’t forget about my customers who keep me going and supporting my business and believing in me and my products.
