Meet Lauren Guerrieri | Founder & CEO, House of Lo – Speaker, Teacher, Creator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Lauren Guerrieri and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lauren, how does your business help the community?
My mission to create safe spaces to help every single woman on this earth feel her power, live from her truth, find her magic and discover a love for herself so deeply that it opens her up to love others, step into her purpose and live life abundantly. I have come a very long way in my journey and desire to show what it means to come home to you and become whole once again, living from your soul. House of Lo helps women heal from the deepest parts of themselves and step into their next-level power while also leaning fully into their gifts they are here to offer the world.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is focused on creating safe spaces for women through events and gatherings. I also am creating group coaching containers that will help women come to grow through witnessing each other. It’s been challenging to put myself and the mission fully out there because of next-level way I’ve had to show up – vulnerably and authentically – speaking of my own challenges and struggles in my life being fully who I am. Through my beautiful circle of friends and community as well as my incredible loving and supporting family, I’ve learned to push through moments of fear and anchor more fully into the mission. It’s never about us as much as it’s about those we serve.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
First place we would go is the Rose Wine Bar in South Park – they have some of the most incredible food and wine selection. I love the people that work there and the vibe feels low-key and abundant at the same time. Then we would do a morning beach walk in North County – Love Carlsbad State Beach.
My two favorite restaurants in San Diego are Herb & Wood in Little Italy (get the rolls!) and Trust in North Park.
They are such beautiful experiences from the beginning to end.
One of the spots to always visit is Sunset Cliffs – it is so magical there. I love bringing people to hang out in Point Loma as well as a walk in Little Italy where I live and down to Harbor Point.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would not have made it here without my incredible parents who are also entrepreneurs and inspire me with their wisdom and tenacity. They have persevered through so much in their 20 years in business. I also have to give so much love to my coaches over the years – Amy Natalie, Christine Rice and many others. One of the most pivotal books I’ve read in my life is A Happy Pocket Full of Money by David Cameron Gikandi. I’ve shared this book with hundreds of people and have seen the shift in their lives.
