This Too Shall Pass. Why this is one of my favorite affirmations is because it reminds you that things will come and go. In good times, we need to cherish the moments because it too, shall pass. In tough times, even when it feels like hope is lost, it too, shall pass. It reminds us not to take time for granted and whatever we are feeling, doing, coping with, etc, the time will pass anyway and forward we must go.

Elements Dance Space opened in the summer of 2017 in Pasadena, CA and is the only studio in the area that ranks quality instruction in youth dance, adult fitness, performance and competitive teams, and adult professional dance companies. We also offer rental space for rehearsals, video/photoshoots, and special events. We truly strive to offer it all here in our space. We have faced challenges but when we come together as a team, we’re able to overcome those challenges and move forward – bigger and better. We’ve learned many lessons along the way and the ones that are always in the forefront are: 1) plan ahead, 2) early deadlines, 3) make decisions, 4) take risks, and 5) stay true to ourselves. We want everyone to know that it’s not about the number of followers you have, it’s about the type of followers you have. We strive for quality over quantity because when there is quality, quantity will come.

Favorite spots in the city are Downtown LA where there is an abundance of dining, coffee shops, sidewalks full of art, etc. Next, I would take them to the coast – because we love the beach! The sounds of the ocean is what makes LA, LA. We head back east to the Griffith Observatory where they can see the views of LA.

I dedicate my shoutout to our team at Elements Dance Space. We have a strong Staff and team of Instructors who all know what our mission, our goals, our dreams, and our wants are. We support one another in other endeavors and ventures and truly look out for one another. We know how to draw boundaries to balance work/life and truly enjoy what we do. We lookout for our students and clients as if they are our own families. We strive to respect each other, show empathy, support, and utilize our different strengths to make this place the best it can be.
