Meet Lisa Jordan

We had the good fortune of connecting with Lisa Jordan and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lisa, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I love fitness myself and have been training for many years to become a bodybuilding professional! The business just evolved from people asking me if I personal trained clients. From there I figured if I can make my passion a career, let’s go all in on education and LIVING this career fully!
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As a personal trainer, I dedicate myself to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through personalized programs, guidance, and motivation. I empower my clients to build strength, improve their health, and gain confidence by tailoring workouts and nutritional advice to their unique needs. My goal is to ensure they not only reach their goals but also maintain them for the long term.
As a gym owner, I strive to create a welcoming and supportive space for people of all fitness levels to pursue their health and wellness journeys. I manage the operations, foster a sense of community, and promote a culture of hard work, accountability, and camaraderie. Seeing my gym become a hub for transformation—physically, mentally, and emotionally—is incredibly rewarding.
As a competitive bodybuilder, I live and breathe discipline, resilience, and the pursuit of excellence. My journey inspires others to challenge their limits, and I take pride in being an example of what’s possible with dedication and hard work.
These roles reflect my passion for health, fitness, and helping others become the strongest versions of themselves—inside and out.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My week is a dynamic mix of training, personal training clients at the Country Club of Colorado or CrossFit Bonnie & Clyde, managing CrossFit Bonnie & Clyde, and balancing family life. Each morning, I start with personal training sessions or group fitness classes for my clients and gym, helping clients work toward their goals. Midday, I focus on my own bodybuilding training, refining my physique and fueling my body with gut-health-focused meals. Afternoons are spent managing the gym, personal training more clients, and picking children up from school. Evenings are dedicated to family—sharing dinners, taking kiddos to symphony practice (my daughter plays the cello and my son the violin), or enjoying downtime with Clint. On Saturdays, Clint and I lead high-energy Team workouts at CrossFit Bonnie & Clyde (which by the way, ALL ARE WELCOME TO JOIN – 10am!) and I attend bodybuilding posing class at Lion’s Lair Pro Gym (shoutout to Sandee Lark!!). Sundays are for active recovery, family meal prep, and planning for the week ahead. Each day is carefully balanced to pursue my passions, support my clients, and nurture my family.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
A huge shoutout to my coach, Kenneth Almond, for your unwavering guidance and expertise—none of this would be possible without you pushing me to be my best. To my husband, Clint Jordan, you are my rock, my biggest cheerleader, and my constant source of strength. To my amazing mother and father, thank you for these genetics and the foundation you’ve given me. To my incredible friends, you’re my motivators, my accountability partners, and my tribe—I’m so grateful for your support.
To my kids, your notes of encouragement before every show mean more to me than words can say. You remind me why I do this and inspire me to lead by example. And to my clients—you work so hard to chase your fitness goals, and it’s an honor to be a small part of your journey. Watching you transform and grow fills me with pride and purpose. Thank you, all of you, for being part of this incredible journey with me. You are my “why.”
