We had the good fortune of connecting with Nicholas Kusnir and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nicholas, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I’ve always loved building communities, whether online or in person – so, being able to help brands use social media to spread their own messages seemed like a no brainer.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I think the only thing that sets me apart from other people who haven’t started their own businesses is that I finally decided to take a leap of of faith and just start. I don’t know what was ever holding me back before (fear, definitely fear), but one day I realized that I couldn’t progress in anything if I never start.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
San Diego has so much to offer. If I had to name a few must-see spots (and not the secret ones that I’m not comfortable sharing online) I would say La Jolla Cove, Old Town, Mount Soledad, Balboa Park, and The San Diego Zoo. We also have tons of beaches and restaurants to choose from, but those would have to be catered more towards individual taste.
