Hi The Purp Studio, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The Purp Studio was created to bridge the gap between music and creatives. The Purp Studio is a space that offers services like: audio engineering, music production, mixing and mastering, songwriting, etc. Beyond our services, we like to create a safe environment that invites artists and musicians to work on their craft and to help provide the resources to do so.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The Purp Studio is a recording studio in the heart of Hollywood. We are most proud of building our brand and clientele; with so much competition in Los Angeles, we are grateful to have people who support our business. Starting a company is never easy, we face a lot of challenge whether it be expenses or budget, building clientele, and day to day management etc. We are learning to work through the challenges and strive to make every challenge into an opportunity. We have learned to problem-solve and work together as a team to continue to keep building our business to make it the best it can be.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Other than spending my day at The Purp Studio a fun way to spend the day in LA would be: starting with a Hike at Griffith, shopping and hanging out on Melrose Avenue, and having dinner/drinks at Mamma Shelter.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We would like to shoutout our clients for supporting our small business and believing in our brand. We would not be here if it wasn’t for you all!
