Hi Vince, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
We wanted to share our vision and recipes with the world.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets us apart is the quality and the vibe. From the music to the cocktails, everything is intentional and full of life. We opened in a competitive market during tough times, but we stayed true to our vision and focused on creating a place people want to return to again and again.

The biggest lesson? It’s not just about great food, it’s about how you make people feel. Our concepts are about joy, connection, and raising the bar. Our story is still being written, but every night here tells a new chapter.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting for a week, I’d make sure they got the full taste of Little Italy, from the coastline to the cocktails. We’d kick things off in Little Italy with dinner at Allegro, nothing sets the tone like our signature pasta, upbeat vibe, and late-night energy. One night we’d head to Vincenzo for spritzes on the patio and some of the best Southern Italian comfort food in the city. And I’d save a special night for Brisa, our newest concept, which brings coastal Latin energy, bold flavors, and a little nightlife to the mix.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
The whole team. We couldn’t do anything at all without the love and support of every single team member.
