Meet V Capaldi | Wellness Expert, Founder The Vibe Collective

We had the good fortune of connecting with V Capaldi and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi V, what matters most to you?
No One Should Ever Walk Alone
🌿 Community didn’t just help me survive—it raised me.
Growing up with an addicted Mom & a WWII hero PTSD Father, I didn’t have the kind of family that made me feel safe. But my best friend’s family did. They took me in. Fed me. Celebrated my wins. Protected my spirit. And in school, it was a history teacher who quietly became my guardian angel. And many others who stepped in as lifelines. I had no doubt—community was my ground at a very young age.
That’s when I knew: if I was going to build anything in this world, it would be for others the way others once showed up for me.
🌀 I went on to earn a postgraduate degree in Psychology with a specialization in Community because I needed to understand what made people feel like they belong—especially when life doesn’t hand you safety or softness.
That mission runs deep, because I’ve lived with four autoimmune diseases and now heart disease for most of my adult life. You wouldn’t know it just by looking at me—and that’s part of the pain. When your struggle is invisible, so is the support. People judge what they don’t see. That’s why real community matters. That’s why being held without needing to prove or explain is everything.
💛 I created the Taking It to the Streets Tour in 2015 touring the USA as a way to give back what was once given to me: connection, compassion, and support—with no cost attached. It was completely free, because I believe access comes second only to community. No one should have to earn the right to be cared for. For over 3 years I traveled the USA helping anyone who reached out.
And now, The Vibe Collective is my heart in physical form. It’s more than a studio—it’s a total Wellness Movement. A safe place for healing, growth, and joy, rooted in accessibility and shared experience. Our pricing model alone speaks volumes: classes break down to less than $2.50/hour—and that’s for experiences grounded in 40 years of internationally recognized healing work. Community access is what drives me always.
✨ I believe no one should ever walk alone. Not in grief. Not in illness. Not in transformation.
And in a world where I live—you won’t, if you ever cross my path.

Her mission is simple and sacred: no one should ever walk alone. And in a world where she lives—you won’t, if you ever cross her path.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
The Vibe Collective is my latest venture and one that I never saw coming yet manifested it. In fact, The Vibe Collective isn’t just a business—it’s the embodiment of everything I’ve learned, lived, and healed through. It was born from the belief that wellness should be accessible, affordable, and rooted in real community.
What sets us apart is that we’re not a yoga studio or a place you drop into when it’s convenient—we’re a collective. A true community experience that invites people to come as they are and be held in that.
Our pricing model speaks volumes—Founding Member fixed pricing for life which equates to be less than $2.50 an hour for classes/workshops that are guided by over 40 years of internationally recognized work. We’re talking trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, fascia release, mindfulness practices, seasonal wellness, and so much more focused on Bio-Hacking for an optimal YOU—all offered in a space above a horse barn, surrounded by nature.
The Vibe Collective is rustic, real, & radically healing.
Getting to this point wasn’t easy. I’ve battled 4 autoimmune diseases and most recently heart disease. I’ve been misjudged because my symptoms were invisible. I’ve rebuilt my life more times than I can count. But through it all, I kept coming back to this truth: no one should ever walk alone. That truth guided every business decision I’ve made—from creating the Taking It to the Streets Tour to now launching The Vibe Collective.
The biggest lesson?
You can’t fake community. People can feel if your intention is profit or purpose. I’ve walked this path. I’ve lived this healing. That’s what makes it resonate.
If there’s one thing I want the world to know, it’s this: wellness isn’t just green juice and Instagram-worthy yoga poses. It’s community. It’s conversation. It’s access. And The Vibe Collective is here to change the narrative—one class, one connection, one breath at a time.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting the Temecula Valley for a week, I’d want them to experience the rhythm of life here—the connection, the beauty, the healing. This isn’t just a getaway. It’s a full-body exhale.
We’d start where my heart lives—The Vibe Collective. I’d bring them to a fascia release class or breathwork in the loft above the horse barn, where the sounds of horses and nature become part of the experience. You leave feeling lighter, clearer, more you.
From there, we’d explore Old Town Temecula—walk the streets, sip local coffee, pop into the shops, and have a long, nourishing lunch at E.A.T. Marketplace, where everything tastes like it was made with love. That night, we’d unwind with good wine and great conversation at Quail—one of my favorite low-key spots to enjoy a cozy evening with people I love.
We’d take a morning to hike Santa Rosa Plateau, breathing in open skies and wildflowers. I’d pack us a picnic with some local goodies, and we’d journal at the overlook—because nature always invites clarity.
Mid-week, we’d head to Encinitas for a coastal recharge. Brunch at Nectarine Grove is a must—clean, elevated food that leaves you glowing. After a beach walk and some sun on our skin, we’d head back to Temecula just in time for an evening yoga class at The Vibe Collective—a grounding way to end the day and reconnect to the body.
And to close out the week? A full day and overnight at Murrieta Hot Springs. The energy there is next-level. We’d check in, drop into the healing waters, enjoy a home-cooked vegan meal, and gather by the fire for a bonfire intention ceremony under the stars. And yes, there would absolutely be a midnight soak—because sometimes magic happens in the quietest hours.
By the time my best friend heads home, they’d feel restored, inspired, and reminded of what it feels like to be deeply supported—by nature, by community, and by themselves.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
One of the most pivotal moments in my healing journey came through Multiple Sclerosis swim classes at the YMCA. At a time when my body felt like it was failing me and the world didn’t quite understand, those classes gave me more than just movement—they gave me a sense of belonging. No one judged me. No one asked me to explain. I just showed up as I was—and that was enough.
Those swim classes did more than strengthen my body—they restored my spirit. They healed me enough that one day, I literally rolled out of the water and onto a yoga mat. That moment was the beginning of everything. The YMCA gave me my first glimpse of what accessible, community-rooted wellness could look like. And it’s a model that continues to inspire everything I build today.
