Hi Tom, what do you attribute your success to?
Our team members at Revol Greens always put quality and safety as the #1. Our mission is to grow, harvest and pack our organic leafy greens into salad blends at our location in Southern California 365 days a year, in a controlled environment, grown without the risk of outside contaminants or use of harsh chemicals.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
One of the benefits of Revol Greens products is that because they are grown in a controlled environment, we can precisely control the quantity of inputs used in the growing cycle. We like to say that our romaine, spinach, and other lettuces that we grow consume no more or less than what they need to grow to proper height. And we do not need to spray pesticides or wash our product with any type of chemicals such as chlorine – it is truly an organic, chemical free product that our consumers enjoy. We are proud of that fact and even more proud that in Southern California, where we are going through a water crisis – we can achieve this with 90% less water than field grown alternatives. This results in over 100 million of gallons of water saved annually be choosing Revol Greens!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The team at Revol Greens that designs our greenhouses and grows our product deserve all of the credit for our progress as a company. We have growers on our team that have traveled the globe to gain experience across all different greenhouse types and crops. It is truly extraordinary the opportunity that is in front of us to help play a role in a more sustainable supply chain for leafy greens – we would not be able to do what we do without the culmination of those experiences.
