We had the good fortune of connecting with Taylor Schrank and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Taylor, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
Work-life balance has definitely shifted for me over time. In the beginning, it was all about the grind—late nights, early mornings, and sacrificing personal time to build my fitness career. Over time, I’ve learned that balance doesn’t mean giving equal time to everything, but knowing when to push hard and when to step back. Now, I’m more intentional with my time, making space for recovery and personal life while still being dedicated to my goals. The balance is constantly evolving, but I’ve realized that in order to perform at my best, I need to take care of all aspects of my life

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is all about blending two worlds: fitness and tech. After working as a full-time trainer, I shifted into tech sales, but my passion for fitness never left. That’s why I still train clients on the side. What sets me apart is my ability to balance these two fields while delivering the same dedication and focus to my clients. I understand how to prioritize health and fitness in a busy, fast-paced world.

It wasn’t easy getting here—switching from full-time training to tech sales was a big transition. But I’ve learned that challenges force you to grow. The key has been adapting and finding ways to keep doing what I love. One big lesson I’ve learned is that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to balance; you have to figure out what works for you.

What I want people to know about me and my brand is that I’ve never been afraid to pivot. Whether it’s in the gym or the office, I bring the same level of focus, discipline, and commitment to everything I do. I push myself and my clients to be their best while keeping it real.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’ve got to give a shoutout to my boyfriend Tanarat Crowe, who’s been the one person who really gets me and has always backed me. He’s been there through the highs and lows, always pushing me to keep moving forward. It’s not about cheesy support; it’s about someone who truly understands the grind and stays in your corner.
