We had the good fortune of connecting with Stephanie Aleman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stephanie, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
As a Business Owner, I have been staying focused and working daily to improve all aspects. From Customer Service Experience to the quality assurance process, plus more..

There is moments where I need to remind myself, “if it were easy, everyone would do it!”

This keeps me grounded, because having a business is a HUGE responsibility. A Commitment!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
In July 2020, Stephanie and her friends started working out and utilizing body sculpting from home, when the word spread, Stephanie decided to pursue the body sculpting business and Partnered with our Medical Director, they have been working together since 2005.

Stephanie and Dr. Ni, have been working together.

MedSpa industry is very competitive, Body Sculpting, Botox, lip fillers, facials … plus more.

Stephanie has learn over time that Customer Service Experience is the key ingredient to her success.

At Stephanie’s Cavi Lipo Spa, All Spa technicians provide Outstanding Customer Service + experience.

What makes Stephanie’s MedSpa apart from the rest is that it’s a small business own by a Hispanic woman were we provide Body sculpting, tailored facials, tattoo removal, laser hair removal, weight loss options, noninvasive treatments, lash lift, teeth whitening. Holistic treatment like chakras balance, tarot readings, cupping therapy, singing bowels plus more.

An every day reminders are :

“If it were easy everyone would do it!”
“God will make a way, when it seems to be no way, with love and strength he will make a way! “

Just the saying on there own have been giving Stephanie strength to continue when facing challenges.
