We had the good fortune of connecting with Rosy Crescitelli and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rosy, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Knowing how I am DESIGNED to run my business has been the most important factor behind my success. It has been so fun to fully and consciously step into my strengths, to release the things that are holding me back, and marketing intentionally have made ALL the difference for me. It has been my great joy to unlock all of these insights for others as well.

What should our readers know about your business?
I have two businesses that intersect one another. First off, I am a Professional Network Marketer – I have found a company that I love, with products that I love (and support every part of life), and an opportunity that I love to share with others. I particularly specialize in partnering with people that own service based businesses. I assist them in adding an additional stream of income – so they can make money in their sleep! Once you dive into Network Marketing you are thrust into the world of personal and professional development – you figure out that YOU are the boss – and you immediately begin to see the “gaps” in your knowledge of running a successful business. Which sets the stage for my second business. Most people don’t mind sharing a product that they love and have success with – but when it comes to mentoring others as they grow their own businesses – I felt WAY out of my league. That is, until I found Human Design. This tool has equipped me in clearly understanding what strengths I bring to my business and who I am here to partner with – and the only thing that was needed was my birth information! I chose to dive in and get certified because I was SHOCKED at how my comfort level and confidence changed within my own business. I quickly began to share these insights with others and observed how their lives and businesses were blessed by them owning and managing their skills and power. Now I combine my knowledge of the Human Design System with what I have learned about best practices in growing an authentic, heart-centered Network Marketing business to equip business builders and leaders how to run their business in integrity and alignment with their design. I have learned that everyone has their own unique way of sharing – and although it is helpful and inspiring to see leaders and influencers who have successfully built their businesses – it is fun and fulfilling to grow YOUR way (which will more than likely look very different than the leaders and influencers you have observed). I want the world to know that ANYONE can run a successful business – and it can be done with grace and ease once you learn how you are designed to do so.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
San Diego is my hometown and I am PROUD to be from this beautiful city! I am a HUGE fan of supporting small, local businesses and that includes places to eat. Enjoy some of my favorite spots in East County. When I have friends that visit I LOVE to take them to my favorite Sushi place – Narumi Sushi in La Mesa. Breakfast is fast, easy, and fun at Bowls & Brews in Santee – they are a tiny location with BIG flavors (coffee, toast, acai bowls). My favorite hole in the wall taco shop is Cotijas (the one on Mission Gorge is a personal favorite). CoinHaus in La Mesa is such a fun space to drink and hang and play – it is currently closed and I have so many fingers crossed that they will reopen when this season is complete. When I am feeling fancy its so fun to have High Tea at Aubrey Rose Tea House in La Mesa. As for East County fun and activities: Hot Yoga Santee is my favorite place to sweat and get a GREAT workout. Mast Park is such a fun spot – there is literally something for everyone: new park, frisbee golf, trails, and sunshine! Mission Trials has several peaks that are breathtaking – especially on a clear day. You can see the beauty of the valley all the way to Point Loma! Honestly – I do value friends at my own table. Eating clean crafted food and wine. Laughing and playing games.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Oh! I love this! Guinevere Stasio – whom I affectionately refer to as my “work wife.” She taught me to love the model of Network Marketing and it has been my great joy to dive into personal and professional development with her throughout the years. I would love to give a shout out to Lauren Armstrong. She has modeled excellence and brilliance to me as I have observed HER growing her business in beautiful alignment. I would WHOLEHEARTEDLY love to give a shout out to Brene Brown – her books, Ted Talks, podcast, and presence remind me to choose wholeheartedness in all aspects of my life – she has given me the language I needed to release shame and choose courage and vulnerability in my life and business.
