We had the good fortune of connecting with Roberta Crowell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Roberta, how does your business help the community?

The main point of Crou studio is to help people in different ways.

For example, I know it can be hard to feel that you are on your own or when you don’t know where to start to get the correct strategy to grow your brand; that is how I’ve learned in the last years that networking and collaborations are great and now with the experience I got I offer this option for my clients, because even if you are starting or you don’t have a big budget.

Collaborations are a way to grow and also help others like you.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What makes me different is that I always look for the best way to create, and I don’t give up when something seems complicated; I look for enough options because things can happen to prevent a crisis, and it’s always ideal to have people you admire around you.

I am proud of daring to create a brand from scratch and to get through the challenges, and I am excited about the new challenges.

The lesson I learned is to dare, to take risks, not to be afraid, and to ask for help without shame whenever necessary.

That it won’t always be easy, but it will be worth it.

I am proud not to give up and genuinely help the talent I believe in.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I will take him to Chapala lake for some traditional seafood by the lake, then to Tlaquepaque for a Mexican restaurant and see the art galleries, to Tequila for a tour and a degustation.

For a delicious morning coffee in Pal Real or Rin tin tin with great chilaquiles and the MUSA museum.

For a dance night to Pardo after dinner in Pimú.

In the city, I’ll take him to Rayuela restaurant, which I love because of their food and wines, then to Chapultepec Avenue for a healthy Sunday walk in La vía recreativa and a walk around calle Libertad.

And if we got time to Puerto Vallarta beach for the weekend!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
To my mother and my sister, that always have been there for me in the most challenging moments, and to all my friends, clients, and people who believe in me. Thank you!
