Meet Nico Snow | Realtor | Snow Realty Group Powered by eXp Realty

We had the good fortune of connecting with Nico Snow and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Nico, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The idea for Snow Realty Group began in 2021 when I was working as a real estate assistant. I experienced firsthand how overwhelming the buying and selling process could be for clients, and it sparked the desire to create a business that would make that experience smooth, exciting, and stress-free. My goal was always to ensure that every client not only got the best deal, but also felt happy and confident in their decision.
As I grew in my real estate career and with my background in business management and entrepreneurship, I realized I wanted to build something that allowed me to offer a more personalized, client-first approach. I was drawn to the challenge of running my own business, knowing that I could make a real difference in the lives of my clients.
The hardest part of starting my own business was the discipline needed to take consistent action each day, especially when there was no boss directing me. Building a brand from scratch required persistence, hard work, and understanding that my success would directly reflect the effort I put in.
Now, looking ahead I envision Snow Realty Group growing into a powerhouse with over 40 team members in the next five years, helping countless families navigate the home-buying and selling process. What drives me is knowing that I’m making a tangible impact, ensuring people get the best possible experience and outcome. The most rewarding part is seeing clients’ happiness when we close a deal and knowing I’ve built relationships that last far beyond a transaction.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets me apart from others is my commitment to making the real estate process as smooth and stress free as possible for my clients. Having seen firsthand the challenges people face when buying or selling a home, I’m passionate about guiding them through every step. What excites me most is that I’m not just helping people close transactions, I’m building lasting relationships that extend far beyond one deal. I’m proud of the systems I’ve built, using platforms like kvCORE for lead management and Canva for marketing, to ensure a seamless experience for my clients.
My journey started in 2021 as a real estate assistant. That role gave me invaluable insight into the industry and fueled my desire to become a realtor. However, transitioning from assistant to agent wasn’t easy. Starting out as a new agent came with its challenges, building my brand, creating consistency, and handling everything on my own. But I learned that real estate success isn’t instant. Persistence, discipline, and trusting the process were key. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that every step, no matter how small, gets you closer to your goals.
Throughout my journey, I’ve learned that consistency is essential. Success isn’t a one-time thing; it’s about sticking to a routine, continuously improving, and adjusting as needed. I’ve also learned that adaptability is crucial, every client and deal is unique. It’s not just about making a sale but helping clients make informed, confident decisions in one of the most important choices of their lives.
What I want the world to know about me and Snow Realty Group is that we’re focused on creating freedom, not only for ourselves but for our clients as well. We’re dedicated to providing top tier service while staying true to our values of family, community, and growth. My journey shows that with persistence, hard work, and a long term vision, you can build something meaningful that impacts both your life and the lives of others.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d love to dedicate my shoutout to a few key people who’ve had a huge impact on my journey. First, my mom and little brother, without their constant love, encouragement, and belief in me, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I also want to shout out my entire family, including my cousins, and my close friends, who have always had my back and kept me grounded. On the professional side, eXp Realty has been instrumental in providing the tools, coaching, and resources that have allowed me to grow. I’m also grateful for Patty, who has been an incredible source of guidance and support as I’ve built Snow Realty Group. All of these people have been crucial to my success, and I’m thankful for their support every step of the way.
