We had the good fortune of connecting with Naria Le Mire and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Naria, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
When I launched my virtual nutrition coaching program, my primary goal was to address the root causes of digestive health issues. Understanding the profound impact of the human gut microbiome on overall health, I became confident that focusing on gut microbes was key to achieving this. Recognizing the shortcomings of our healthcare system in addressing these concerns and providing comprehensive answers, I decided to step in and fill this crucial gap.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My coaching program stands out from others because it begins with functional testing, eliminating guesswork. I thoroughly review all lab results before creating personalized health blueprints for my clients. My aim is not only to alleviate gut and stomach pain but also to focus on longevity throughout our time together. I believe that the changes my clients make while working with me must be sustainable, ensuring that my program is the last nutrition program they will ever need.

I take the greatest pride in the clients I have served, helping them return to their regular lives without fear of pain and with a clear understanding of healthy aging.

My journey to where I am today has been supported by my family and business coach. I continuously invest in my program to enhance its value. The truth is, for a business to grow and for a program like mine to reach more people, investing in various forms of coaching is highly beneficial.

Over the past few years, I’ve learned that running a business is both simple and extremely challenging. This is why surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals is crucial, as is the non-negotiable practice of investing in yourself. Many people believe that the income from a new business is “fun money,” but that is simply not true. The revenue must be reinvested into the business to help it grow and scale, at least for the first few years.

I want the world to know that there are alternatives to the healthcare options provided by insurance if they wish to get to the root problem. My passion is to reach more people and heal one gut at a time.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love the beach! When friends or family visit, I encourage beach visits or paddle boarding in Mission Bay. Water is my peaceful place. In addition, I love mexican food and enjoy Lolita’s tsunami and carne asada fries. Other fun places I would take friends or family is Balboa park for a nice walk and sun exposure, farmers markets, and Little Italy!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have to give massive credite to the business coach who helped me. I worked with Tony Stephan for about 2 years and his guidance really helped me get off my feet and lauch the program.
