Lindsay, thanks for joining us again. Just to level set a bit for folks who may have missed our last interview together, can you briefly introduce yourself?
Thank you for the opportunity to share more about A SMART MOVE with your readers! We’re thrilled to reconnect and highlight how our business has evolved.

At A SMART MOVE, we specialize in providing full-service moving solutions designed to make one of life’s most stressful experiences—moving—completely seamless and worry-free. Our mission is simple: to “Calm the Chaos of Moving” by offering reliable, efficient, and personalized moving services that work around our clients’ busy schedules. From packing and transportation to storage solutions, we handle every detail with care and professionalism, ensuring a stress-free transition from start to finish.

What truly sets us apart is our commitment to exceptional customer service. We understand that moving isn’t just about transporting items; it’s about transitioning lives. Our team goes above and beyond to provide a white-glove moving experience, tailoring services to meet each client’s unique needs. The hundreds of 5-star reviews we’ve received speak to our dedication to making the moving process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

At the heart of everything we do is a simple philosophy: treat every client like family. We aim to provide the level of care and service we would want for ourselves, and this approach continues to guide every aspect of our business.

Whether our clients are moving across town or across the country, our focus remains on delivering a stress-free, personalized experience—one that turns a typically overwhelming process into something truly effortless.

Alright, so our main goal today is to give our audience an update on what you have been up to since our last conversation. We’d love to hear how things are going and what you are most looking forward to or excited about these days.
We’re excited to share what we’ve been up to since our last conversation.

The most significant update is the launch of our full-service moving department—a natural extension of our mission to help customers “move smarter, not harder.” We realized that while our eco-friendly moving solutions were making a difference, many of our clients were looking for a more comprehensive service. Now, we’re thrilled to offer a complete moving experience, handling everything from packing to moving, both Locally or Long Distance , all designed to make the moving process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

While this expansion has brought us great success, it hasn’t been without its challenges. Opening a new department came with a steep learning curve. We had to refine our operations, streamline logistics, and adapt to the unique needs that come with full-service moving. However, we welcomed these challenges as opportunities for growth, and we’re proud of how far we’ve come.

The best part of this journey? Seeing the smiles on our customers’ faces and reading the incredible feedback they share. The positive reviews and stories from clients who felt their move was smoother than they ever expected are what keep us motivated. Being able to support our community during what can be a stressful time is incredibly rewarding.

Looking ahead, we’re most excited about continuing to expand our services while maintaining the level of care and quality our clients have come to expect. We’re constantly evolving, and we look forward to offering even more ways to make moving a smarter, easier, and more enjoyable experience.

We also want to give folks a chance to get to know you a bit better so we’ve prepared a fun lightning round of questions. Ready?

What would the perfect day look like for you? Please give us as many details as possible.
**The Perfect Day**

The perfect day for me would be all about spending quality time with my family, completely unplugged from work and technology—no mobile phones, no distractions, just us enjoying each other’s company.

It would start with a slow, relaxed morning, maybe with a big family breakfast at home where we could catch up, laugh, and plan our day together. Then, we’d pack a picnic with all our favorite foods and head to a beautiful park or beach. I imagine us lounging on a blanket under the sun, sharing stories, playing games, and just being present in the moment.

The best part of the day would be simply enjoying the company of my husband, Steven—we’ve been married for 30 wonderful years—and our three amazing children: Emily, Maddison, and Hayden. There’s nothing better than watching them laugh together and knowing that these moments are what truly matter.

As the day winds down, we’d end with a cozy family dinner—maybe a barbecue or something we all cook together—followed by a movie night at home, complete with popcorn and lots of comfy blankets.

For me, the perfect day is all about connection, love, and making memories with the people who mean the most. It’s those simple, uninterrupted moments with my family that I cherish the most.
