We had the good fortune of connecting with Linda Giangregorio and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Linda, what principle do you value most?
The principal that matters most to me and has affected me the most is that we as human beings are innately divine and perfect! I spent a lot of my youth not believing this and having cancer and then starting to teach women Reiki has just reinforced how important it is to me to empower women to believe their truth.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a Reiki teacher to women specifically because I know that their hearts need the most love. What sets me apart is that I take them on weekend long camping trips. Everything is taught outside surrounded by the spirit of the earth, giving each woman the chance to disconnect from her daily life and truly reconnect with her self. The other thing that sets me apart is that I teach Reiki from the standpoint of You are whole and perfect exactly as you are and it is our job as Reiki practitioners to use Reiki to encourage that. To change the dynamic of the word healer, to change peoples perceptions of what a healer does. It is my passion to teach my girls that when they Share Reiki with another person, that they hold that person in the highest light and let them know that Reiki works with them to help them remember their innate ability to heal. I teach that we do not use Reiki as a means to find problems or as a means to solve problems but only as a means to help us remember our divine truth.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite city to hold a retreat in is Encinitas California. Funny enough this is exactly what I do during my retreats! If a friend was visiting the first thing I would do is take them to Moonlight Beach to go boogie boarding. For lunch I would take them to the crack shack restaurant, then we would go tour the meditation gardens at the self realization fellowship center. This is gonna sound funny but after that I would take them to my favorite grocery store lazy acres market for all the healthy goodies! And then because we need balance we would go to the baked bear for an amazing ice cream sandwich. And then we would end the night back at the beach watching the sunset.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
In my personal life my husband deserves the biggest credit for my success. He has been my strongest supporter as well as partner in anything business related that I have needed. We have built this business together and are always communicating and brainstorming how we can grow and improve. My children and my mom have also been my biggest cheerleaders. And I also have to give credit to the over 100 women that I have taught so far Who support me, shout me out on Instagram and are just there for me personally!
