We had the good fortune of connecting with First x band Official and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi First x band, what do you attribute your success to?
perseverance and hard work

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I saw art as a very deep thing. The meaning of art in my life is speak up about something unfair in society. That’s why I chose music to help me convey that.

Then what make us diffrent from the others? Young peoples in my neighborhood , politics and other social matters is something that is not interesting to talk about, but I see it differently. We have to know we have to understand how politics works how politics affects all lines of our lives.

What am I most proud of? I never cared how much people liked or disliked my work. I also have no idea whether to be famous or not. I just want that apart from our antipathy towards politics, there is another way to express our opinion, there is another way to criticize something that is unfair, there is another way to fight in this society, namely with punk music.

Is it easy to be a professional? The answer: I don’t see this as a professional thing, but if it turns out to be like that I think it’s a natural thing. Because from the beginning the music I made was a symbol of my voice against something that was unfair in my opinion

Lessons during music? I see a lot of people who like bands that cover other people’s songs. I don’t see that it’s wrong, but it’s an experience I never imagined

What the world wants about me is that I am a person who never expects my name to be known to everyone, but my work and struggles are always heard by them.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Bali. When there are friends who visit Bali, I will take them to the beach at night, enjoy the waves and the atmosphere of the night while drinking beer and singing favorite songs.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
