Meet Jordanna Eyre | Chief Sorceress of Live & Business

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jordanna Eyre and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jordanna, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
Doing unconventional work in an unconventional way will teach you a lot about risk!
If I had to write out a list of the risks I’ve taken in business, let alone in life, I’d be here all day and then some. My life has been full of risks – in far greater abundance than the average person.
It’s a risk that has paved the way to greater consciousness as well as success in business, perhaps far more than anything else.
Some of the risks I’ve taken have been frightening, while others have been quick and seamless landings into the goal. However, the most frightening risks have taught me the most about what’s possible in this human experience.
So much more is possible than we give ourselves credit for. Most often, we can’t see past our limited perceptions – or even recognize that our perception is limited – because playing it safe has conditioned us to play into limitations.
While in the throes of the challenges brought on by risk, I have learned to surrender and trust in a magnitude almost beyond my own comprehension. These depths of surrender and trust have transformed not only my perspective, but the actual realm of possibility in what I can do, be, and create in my organization.
Were it not for risk, my world and my business would look a lot more 3-dimensional than it actually is.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Ever since I was a tiny human, I’ve felt connected to a deep, expansive, heart-centered version of “power” that I knew could change the world. If you had told that version of me that decades later, she’d be the creator of an entire leadership methodology based around that inner knowing, she’d have, in part, believed you, and in part, maybe not. Because that same little girl also knew how much false power perpetuated the world of business – so she’d have resisted having her own business while simultaneously wanting to change the landscape of how business is done.
At Spiral Growth Systems, we help business leaders master authentic power in their business and relationships through the embodiment of the Fibonacci sequence. Through a nonlinear framework for soul exploration as a leader, our students learn how to change the scope of everything within and around them to become fueled with authentic power. The changes happen inside of them and how they show up as leaders, in the performance and motivation of their team, the quality of clients they attract in, and the integrity of scaling a vision.
Cultivating the methodology behind what we offer was not an easy process, yet it was fulfilling nonetheless. Running and growing the business takes on a similar path to what I team my students – because I’m always being guided to experience new realms of possibility so that I can meet my students at “next levels.” It’s the very methodology itself that has helped me overcome every challenge in business and life. I’m humbled by and grateful for this on a daily basis.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I live in Los Angeles and love my city! I’d take a guest hiking in Griffith Park, to Abbot Kinney and Venice Beach, and to all the great spots to dance (my soul-fuel!). Food wise it would be a tough call because this city is full of great restaurants!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
This might not be the answer you’re looking for, but it’s Source that I would need to give all the recognition to!
