We had the good fortune of connecting with Jesse Builer and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jesse, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Customer service. My number one goal is making sure my customers get what they need. Whether that’s a quick answer over the phone or a detailed explanation of the repairs I made. I want them to know that I truly care about their needs. I work with small companies as well as large manufacturers from San Diego to Los Angeles. No matter how big or small a company may be, they deserve to know that they can depend on fast, reliable service at fair price.
What should our readers know about your business?
My business has grown organically over the past 10 years. It started when a former employer needed programming assistance on a piece of manufacturing equipment, and one job led to another. I took the necessary steps to obtain a local business license and general liability insurance. From there I slowly but surely started to grow my client base. I’m now at a point in my career where I have over 50+ clients ranging from aerospace companies and biochemistry labs to donut shops and animal hospitals. I love my line of work because every day is filled with different challenges. I pride myself on my ability to solve problems that others can’t or won’t. Dynamic Industries set’s itself apart from the competition by providing unique and lasting solutions to some of my clients more difficult problems.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love all that San Diego has to offer. I’ve lived out here since 2012. My week itinerary would defiantly include a Padres game at Petco Park. There are so many good options for food our there but some of my favorites are Los Reyes Mexican food on Broadway in Golden Hill, Rocky’s Crown Pub for burgers in PB, and Beyer Deli in San Ysidro for the best sandwiches around. Sunset Cliffs and OB are a must for the perfect summer vibes. As an avid motorcycle rider, I would highly recommend a ride out to Julian and Josie’s Hideout via Sunrise Highway. Lastly, it’s a shame to be this close to TJ and not make a trip across the border for some seafood and sightseeing. Wrap up the week with a bonfire down in Mission Bay and you’re friend will not be disappointed.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Wife, since day one she’s always been in my corner. She takes care of the kids and our house while simultaneously pursuing her own career in interior design. She is an amazingly talented person who is incredibly creative and frankly unstoppable. While I frequently work 12 -18-hour days, it wouldn’t be possible without her support. Together we’re a team that’s continued to be able to grow both of our business while staying afloat through some pretty challenging times.
