We had the good fortune of connecting with Iggy Falcone and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Iggy, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
The biggest habit I’d say hands down is Motivational Speeches. I found myself listening to them for 8+ hours a day and my work day turned into a 20 hour day instantly. I tell people, find the speech that makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up, and listen to that one everyday.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Id love to say im not like any other Holster Manufacturer, but in some cases i am and in other cause im far from the rest. My problem is i dont like to say “No”. So in the seven years ive been in business, ive only turned down a handful of jobs. Because of my mindset and direction i took, i now have over 300 molds i work off of and about 60 flashlights to make people insanely weird Pistol/Light combos come to fruition.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
HA, I live in the middle of the woods. But my house is like a vacation retreat. im surround by forest, i live on a dead end road right on a lake. Literally My shop is almost on the water so it overlooks the water pretty well so its a nice calming retreat to be at work. But if someone came down we’d make the half hour trip into town and hit the local restaurants and pubs there. If we decide to go out. Best thing about being in the sticks is all the farms, so locally raised beef and veggies are always on my grill.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Well to be honest, 7 years ago when i started my business I didnt have a lot of support. I got the “why start a business”, “what are you going to do” etc. So, i guess ill give a shout out to the people who didnt support or didnt have faith. Because those people are looking for work and asking me to hire them now. And as far as the Youtube side of things. I couldnt find a good video on how to do something, so i figured it out and made my own series on my own YoutTube channel.
