We had the good fortune of connecting with Ericka Cerezo and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ericka, we’d love to hear what makes you happy.
What makes me happy are easy stuff like, spending time with my family, quality time with my friends . Also material things make me happy why not? we are always saying what makes us happy like family, love etc, but we feel guilty if we admit that also material things make us happy , like money, cars, clothes.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I studied Communication and public relations in Mexico because i wanted to learn spanish, also i peak french and portuguese. When i graduated it was hard because i had a lot of expectations and find it to hard to find a job , so decided to make my own , and now i am a community manager of different brands.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Let`s say my friend is visiting Tijuana , i would recommend :
First stop : Birria tacos for breakfast , the bes birria tacos are in Tijuana you have to visit tacos el compita and eat 2 or 3 tacos with consome and a very cold coke.
Then you should go to the Mullme museum , is a historical museum of
wrestling that is part of the mexican culture.
Next you can visit the beach Playas de Tijuana, is a beautiful but cold beach you can se the border from there and see the USA territory.
You can eat in Cabanna is a seafood restaurant that you are going to love , eat an aguachile and a frozen mango margarita.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My dad 100% because thanks to him i am the woman that i am today , all my success i achieve it to him, he did his best and put all of his effort to my education.
